1. Introduction
Welcome to The Case of the Christmas Market Murder—a unique murder mystery advent calendar experience! By purchasing and participating in this game, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility
This game is intended for players aged 12 and over due to its murder mystery theme and certain mature content. Participants under the age of 18 should have parental consent before playing.

3. Game Format
The game is structured as a 24-day advent calendar, with one clue or piece of evidence released each day starting from December 1st and ending on December 24th. Players are encouraged to solve the mystery by examining daily evidence and clues. The game is a digital experience, and players may access the clues through their member portal. An email will also be sent with a link to the new piece of evidence. No physical product will be sent.

4. Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed through our official website at www.beccaday.com/murder-mystery-games.
Payment is required at the time of purchase, and orders will be processed only after payment is successfully completed.
We accept payments via Stripe.

5. Refund Policy
We hope you enjoy The Case of the Christmas Market Murder! However, if you’re not satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:

Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds once the game has started (i.e., once Day 1’s clue has been accessed).
If you accidentally purchased the game and have not accessed any content, please contact us at hello@beccaday.com within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours after purchase, provided the game has not yet been accessed.

7. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for any personal or technical issues that may arise during your experience of the game, including but not limited to issues with internet access or device compatibility. If you do face issues, reach out at hello@beccaday.com and we will do our best to assist you.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages exceeding the cost of the product purchased.
