If you complete a form on our site, such as a beta reader application form or an entry form for a giveaway, data is stored and used for analytical reasons, but we will not use your data for marketing unless you have also specifically opted into our newsletter. We may sometimes ask for your name and address, particularly if there is a competition element, and will make it clear on the form if this information is going to be shared with a third party provider. We will also give clear options to enter the survey while opting out of sharing your personal information.

If you contact us, your details may be recorded so we can alert you to any future business opportunities. Any marketing emails we send to you will include a clear unsubscribe link, you can also email us at any time if you would like us to delete all data we hold on you.

How will we use the information about you?

Much of the information we collect is used to enhance your experience of our site, session cookies for example will ensure your device is recognised on subsequent visits.

Other data is aggregated so we can analyse site visits to look at what pages are visited the most, how long users stay on the site, where our users come from and such. This helps inform our editorial plans so we know what kind of content to create in the future.

Personal information will be used to send newsletters and any other information you have opted into, for example if you have won a giveaway.
